Join One Vogue Pte. Ltd. as a Quantity Surveyor specializing in landed residential construction projects. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with strategic financial management to ensure project profitability and compliance. You'll lead cost estimation processes, prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and manage end-to-end tendering procedures for prestigious residential developments. Your responsibilities will extend to rigorous budget control, proactive claim management, and meticulous contract administration – safeguarding our clients' investments while maintaining industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, leveraging your analytical skills to optimize resource allocation and mitigate financial risks. This position offers the opportunity to work with Singapore's leading main contractor on landmark residential properties in the Central Region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise cost estimation and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for landed residential projects
- Manage entire tendering process including document preparation, bid evaluation, and contractor negotiations
- Oversee contract administration ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements
- Implement robust budget control systems to monitor project expenditures against financial targets
- Handle claims management, variations, and dispute resolution for construction contracts
- Prepare regular financial reports and cost analysis for stakeholder reviews
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Quantity Surveyor with main contractors
- Proven expertise in landed residential project cost management
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation, tendering procedures, and contract administration
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with construction claims management and variation orders
- RICS certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
