We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join One Vogue Pte. Ltd. in Paya Lebar. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial health of our construction and M&E projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for comprehensive project cost management, including accurate tendering, rigorous contract administration, and strict cost control measures. This position requires a proactive approach to handling project claims and ensuring seamless coordination with all stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
As a key member of our project team, you will act as the financial guardian of our developments. Your expertise will ensure that all financial processes comply with regulatory standards and contractual obligations. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong command of cost engineering principles to drive value for our clients and the company.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and control project costs, including preparing monthly progress payments and valuations.
- Oversee the tendering process, including the preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation.
- Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Analyze variations, claims, and disputes to ensure fair and accurate financial settlements.
- Conduct regular cost forecasting and reporting to stakeholders and project managers.
- Monitor and control the project budget against actual expenditure.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve financial issues on site.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying (Construction), or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction and M&E sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, contract laws, and cost control methodologies.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Aconex, Procore, or Primavera P6.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
- Valid professional membership (e.g., QP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
