- Manage comprehensive cost estimation and budget planning for construction projects
- Review and analyze tender documents to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
- Handle contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and value engineering studies
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets and prepare financial reports
- Collaborate with project teams to implement cost-saving measures
- Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and payment certificates
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQSI) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of quantity surveying experience in construction
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and claims procedures
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of Singaporean construction industry standards
