Asmara Properties Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the financial management of our construction projects, ensuring that costs are accurately tracked, contracts are properly administered, and site operations remain efficient and compliant.
Your primary focus will be on cost control and contract administration. You will oversee the comprehensive documentation process, conduct regular site inspections to verify actual progress against plans, and assess claims to ensure they strictly align with contractual terms and conditions. We are looking for a proactive professional who can bridge the gap between engineering and finance, ensuring our projects are delivered on time and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, variations, and claims.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and budgeting for ongoing construction projects.
- Perform regular site inspections to monitor work progress and site conditions.
- Verify and process progress claims submitted by subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly valuations and financial reports for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with contract terms and assist in contract administration duties.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve cost-related issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Contract Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tendering procedures.
- Proficiency in QS software (e.g., Bluebeam, Primavera P6) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage for frequent site visits.
