Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects
- Administer construction contracts, including variations, claims, and final accounts
- Monitor project progress against budget and schedule, providing financial insights
- Conduct tender evaluations and recommend contract awards
- Advise clients on contractual obligations, risk management, and cost optimization
- Manage subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms
- Prepare monthly valuations and payment certificates for project stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry regulations, FIDIC contracts, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying and contract administration
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, FIDIC principles, and local building regulations
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced project environments
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
