WINDSOR AIMS MACHINERY Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (Contract Executive) to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the financial success and contractual integrity of our infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will manage project costs, oversee tender processes, and ensure that all contractual obligations are met with precision. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to minimize project risks and maximize efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for infrastructure projects.
- Manage and administer construction contracts to ensure compliance with legal and project requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work completed for progress claims.
- Evaluate and negotiate sub-contractor quotations and variations to control project costs.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports and cost-to-complete forecasts for management review.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure materials are sourced within budget and project timelines.
- Resolve contractual disputes and provide technical support to the project team regarding claims and settlements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or construction project surveying.
- Proficiency in contract documentation and standard methods of measurement (SMM).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project schedules effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for liaising with clients and sub-contractors.
- Familiarity with construction management software and MS Office Suite.
