Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various construction projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify work progress and material take-offs.
- Manage cost control measures, budget forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tenders and contract documents.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and financial statements for management.
- Review and process subcontractor invoices and payment applications.
- Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with general contractors or construction firms.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian cost standards, regulations, and contract laws.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
