Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for construction finance? HR Primo Management Services is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer to join our growing team in Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao del Norte. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring that budgets are strictly adhered to and that all costs are accurately calculated.
You will be responsible for preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), managing tender analyses, and validating billing processes. Our ideal candidate is someone who excels at tracking project expenditures, conducting site inspections to verify material quantities, and preparing comprehensive monthly financial reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage comprehensive cost estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
- Monitor project budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial targets are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify material quantities and work progress.
- Validate billing and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- Analyze tenders and assist in the preparation of tender documentation.
- Ensure strict cost control measures are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding financial queries and claims.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Proven experience in construction cost estimation, budgeting, and control.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Valid Professional License (RCQS or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
