Join PT Atlas Produk Konstruksi as a Quantity Surveyor and play a pivotal role in ensuring construction projects stay within budget and specifications. You'll be responsible for precise measurement and control of project quantities, verifying alignment with technical drawings and material specifications. This position offers the opportunity to work on dynamic CSA projects while contributing to cost efficiency and project success. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and measurements on-site based on technical drawings and project specifications
- Monitor and control material quantities to prevent waste and optimize resource allocation
- Prepare and maintain detailed cost estimates and budget forecasts for construction phases
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to resolve quantity discrepancies
- Analyze contractor payment applications and verify cost accuracy
- Implement quantity control systems to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Generate progress reports highlighting quantity variances and cost implications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction projects
- Proficiency in measurement techniques and construction cost analysis
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction standards and regulations
- Advanced skills in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (optional but preferred)
