- Prepare accurate bills of quantities and cost estimates for construction projects
- Create detailed technical drawings and CAD models using industry-standard software
- Analyze project specifications to determine material requirements and labor costs
- Monitor project expenditures and prepare regular cost reports for stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve technical drafting issues
- Assist in tender preparation and contract documentation processes
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with design specifications
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in quantity surveying and CAD drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and industry-specific quantity surveying software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in cost calculations
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and Singaporean building codes
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
