Tanggung Jawab
- Manage tendering processes for commercial and interior design projects
- Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs for A&A and R&R projects
- Create and modify architectural drawings using CAD software
- Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards
- Analyze project risks and recommend cost-saving measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in interior design or construction projects
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes and contracts
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (RICS or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
