Tanggung Jawab
- Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and financial monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare comprehensive tender documents, Bill of Quantities (BQ), and contract specifications.
- Coordinate seamlessly between subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage progress claims, variation orders, and the finalization of project accounts.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and verify compliance with quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal project stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, schedules, and reporting.
- Evaluate and negotiate quotes from subcontractors and material suppliers to optimize project costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying and project coordination within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, MS Project, and Glodon.
- Strong understanding of local construction costs, materials, and Malaysian building regulations.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of effective cost control.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple project sites simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
