Tanggung Jawab
- Provide end-to-end technical, design, and cost management support across all project phases
- Conduct detailed cost estimation and value engineering analysis for construction projects
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and contract administration materials
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop cost-effective design solutions
- Monitor project costs against budgets and provide variance analysis reports
- Assist in value management and risk assessment throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to optimize procurement processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management or design engineering
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinQS) and CAD tools
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (RICS) or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
