Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ) specifically for earthworks and civil works.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and measure quantities accurately.
- Manage contracts, including payment certifications, variations, and claims.
- Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, and financial reports.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and company policies.
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices and material quotations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in earthworks and civil construction.
- Valid professional qualification (e.g., MRQS, IEM).
- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software (e.g., PlanGrid, Bluebeam) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
