Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a specialized focus on electrical installations? We are partnering with a leading industry player in Singapore to find a dedicated professional to join their dynamic construction team in Toa Payoh. This is an exceptional opportunity to manage high-value electrical projects, ensuring financial accuracy, cost control, and project success.
As an Electrical Quantity Surveyor, you will be the backbone of our financial project management. You will work closely with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure that all electrical systems are installed within budget, on schedule, and to the highest industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for electrical projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify works completed against contract terms.
- Manage sub-contractor accounts, including valuation of variation orders and final account settlement.
- Review electrical drawings and specifications to identify potential cost savings or risks.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project financial management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project-related expenditures and claims.
- Prepare detailed monthly progress reports for project stakeholders and senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the electrical or MEP construction sector.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering terminology, materials, and installation practices.
- Proficiency in local standard forms of contract (e.g., SIA or PSSCOC).
- Excellent numerical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost estimation software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle sub-contractors and stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret complex electrical blueprints and technical schematics.
