Tanggung Jawab
- Manage pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties for electrical and ELV systems.
- Conduct accurate cost estimation, tender documentation, and contract administration.
- Prepare and analyze variations, progress claims, and final accounts for large-scale projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and contract terms.
- Provide regular reporting on project financial status to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in QS, preferably within the electrical or ELV construction sector.
- Strong working knowledge of structured cabling, data center builds, and ELV systems.
- Proficiency in contract management and relevant standard forms of contract.
- Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and numerical proficiency.
- Strong communication skills, capable of liaising with diverse stakeholders in both MNC and Govt projects.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
