Are you a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a passion for the landscape industry? Pro T Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor Executive (Landscape) to join our growing team in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in managing the financial health of our landscaping projects, ensuring accurate cost control, efficient tendering processes, and robust contract management.
We are looking for a professional who can bridge the gap between technical construction requirements and financial planning. If you have a strong background in cost estimation and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for landscape and civil engineering projects.
- Conduct detailed cost estimates, pricing analysis, and budget preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluate contractor quotations.
- Perform site measurements and valuations to ensure accurate progress claims.
- Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing and cost issues.
- Maintain accurate project financial records and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the landscape or construction sector.
- Familiarity with local construction laws, regulations, and standard forms of contract.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and QS-related software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with excellent numerical aptitude.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
