Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Facade / A&A)

As the successful candidate, you will be entrusted with the full spectrum of quantity surveying duties. You will play a pivotal role in managing all costs relating to building projects, from initial calculations to the final accounts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing tender documentation, evaluating subcontractor quotations, handling progress claims, and managing variation orders. You will also assist in cost planning, procurement, and contractual administration, working closely with the project team to ensure financial efficiency and project profitability. Your meticulous nature and strong understanding of contractual terms will ensure that the company's interests are always protected.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, bills of quantities, and procurement schedules for Facade (Building) and A&A projects.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractors' and suppliers' quotations to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to project budgets.
- Manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts for main contractors and subcontractors, ensuring timely submission and settlement.
- Administer contracts, including PSSCOC, SIA, or REDAS forms, ensuring all contractual terms are met and potential risks are mitigated.
- Conduct regular site measurements and surveys to verify work done and prepare payment certificates.
- Assist in cost control and financial reporting, providing monthly cost reports and cash flow projections to management.
- Liaise closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve contractual and cost-related issues.
- Maintain an organized documentation system for all project correspondence, contracts, and cost records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Prior experience in Facade (Curtain Wall, Cladding, Aluminium Composite Panels) or A&A projects is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in cost estimation, tender preparation, and contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of measurement standards (SMM/MOM) and local building regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Cubicost, or similar is a plus).
