Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparation of bills of quantities and cost estimation
- Support tender documentation and submission processes
- Conduct site measurements and valuation of variations
- Prepare monthly progress claims and cost reports
- Monitor project expenses against budget forecasts
- Review contractor invoices and payment certificates
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QS software
- Basic knowledge of construction contracts and FIDIC principles
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
