Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates for projects.
- Monitor project progress and prepare periodic progress claims and valuations.
- Carry out site measurements and verify sub-contractor claims for payment approval.
- Maintain accurate records of construction project costs and variations.
- Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project cost efficiency.
- Prepare tender documentation and assist in the evaluation of project bids.
- Support the senior QS team in contract administration and dispute resolution tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD basics.
- Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn under professional mentorship.
