Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documents and contract agreements for construction projects
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare preliminary/final cost estimates
- Monitor project expenditures and advise on cost control measures
- Manage contractual claims, variations, and payment certifications
- Prepare monthly financial reports and progress claims
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors on cost matters
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and contractual obligations
- Value works and prepare final account settlements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Malaysian building regulations
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
