Join GRC Construction as a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial integrity of our prestigious HDB Project. In this critical role, you will oversee all cost-related aspects of building projects, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and projects remain within budget. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage the entire cost management lifecycle, from initial pre-tender calculations to final account settlements.
Your expertise will be vital in maintaining financial control and driving profitability across our diverse construction portfolio. You will report directly to the Senior QS and Contracts Manager, working closely with the project team to ensure compliance with HDB standards and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all costs related to building projects, from pre-tender calculations to final account settlements.
- Prepare and analyze tender documents, cost estimates, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
- Administer construction contracts and process monthly payment claims accurately.
- Monitor project budgets, control variations, and manage subcontractor accounts.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding billing and valuations.
- Conduct regular cost reports and provide financial insights to the Contracts Manager.
- Ensure strict compliance with HDB standards and local construction regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Quantity Surveying (Hons).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Strong experience working specifically on HDB projects is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of construction contracts, standard forms, and claims management.
- Proficient in using quantity surveying software (e.g., Bluebeam, Excel) and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (EP/S Pass) is mandatory.
