As a Quantity Surveyor Head, you will play a critical role in the project lifecycle, from initial estimation and tender preparation to final account settlement. You will lead a team of quantity surveyors, providing mentorship and guidance while ensuring accurate measurement, valuation, and cost control throughout the project duration.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of quantity surveyors, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project objectives are met
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, tender documents, and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Monitor project costs against budget, implementing cost control measures as necessary
- Review and analyze construction contracts, claims, and variations to ensure compliance and fair pricing
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, resolve issues, and ensure accurate measurement of works
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cost plans and forecasts for ongoing projects
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial statements for client review and approval
- Negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and pricing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Professional certification as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (RICS) or equivalent is highly desirable
- Extensive knowledge of construction contracts, methods, and materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
