- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects in Australia
- Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents for accuracy

- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and validate cost-effective practices
- Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders
- Handle variation orders and claims to maintain project profitability
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve financial issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinQS)
- Strong understanding of Australian construction contracts and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines remotely
