You'll work closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to provide accurate cost estimates, prepare tender documents, and manage variations.

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documents for interior fit-out projects
- Monitor project expenditures and prepare regular financial reports
- Manage and process subcontractor payments and variations
- Conduct regular site visits to verify project progress and quantities
- Advise on cost-effective materials, methods, and solutions
- Prepare and analyze monthly cost reports and forecasts
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure the best value
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying for interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS) is an advantage
