Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-out and construction projects.
- Monitor project expenditure on a monthly basis and control costs to ensure projects remain within financial limits.
- Review and negotiate quotations from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Manage contract administration, including variations, claims, and payment certificates.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare monthly valuation reports for clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, tender regulations, and company policies.
- Liaise effectively with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to provide cost updates and forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically within the interior or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost structures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera P6).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is a plus.
