As our Quantity Surveyor, you will be the backbone of our cost management processes. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure every project is delivered within the defined budget and timeline. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate tender documents, cost estimates, and bills of quantities (BQ) for interior fit-out projects.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing subcontractors and negotiating favorable rates.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with the initial budget and project schedule.
- Conduct thorough measurement of variations and manage the valuation of claims to ensure commercial profitability.
- Coordinate with clients and project teams to address cost-related queries and provide value-engineering solutions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cost forecasts, and final accounts for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to contractual obligations and internal company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, specifically within the interior fit-out or construction industry.
- Proficiency in contract management (SIA, PSSCOC, or similar standards).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural drawings.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction cost software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM/Revit is a plus).
