Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for interior fit out projects
- Monitor project costs against budgets and provide regular reports
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor bids
- Conduct value engineering to optimize costs without compromising quality
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all project costs
- Assist with contract administration and claim management
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and quantities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior fit out
- Familiarity with construction contracts and procurement processes
- Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
