Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for interior fitting out projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Manage and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of interior design and construction.
- Prepare tender documents and conduct contract negotiations specifically for interior fitting out works.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular cost reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions specific to interior materials and finishes.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure compliance with budget constraints and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify work progress, quantity variations, and material specifications for interior elements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and contractual obligations related to interior fitting out projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field with focus on interior design.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically in interior fitting out or commercial interiors.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management principles, and interior material costs.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software such as WinQS, CostX, and Microsoft Excel with advanced functions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail for interior specifications.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with experience dealing with interior suppliers and contractors.
- Professional certification such as RQS or equivalent is highly valued in the interior construction industry.
- Familiarity with Singaporean building codes, regulations, and standards for interior works.
