Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Monitor project expenditures on a weekly or monthly basis and prepare accurate cost reports.
- Review contractor’s invoices and payment claims to ensure compliance with the contract terms and verify quantities.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and verify the actual quantities of materials used.
- Maintain accurate records of contract variations, claims, and site instructions.
- Assist in the preparation of final accounts and project closure reports.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis using standard software and spreadsheets.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction principles, cost management, and basic contract law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team and interact with clients.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software or estimation tools is an advantage.
- Valid student ID and proof of enrollment must be provided upon application.
