- Conduct precise quantity measurement and bill of quantities preparation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 1-5 years of relevant construction experience (Junior/Senior level)
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, Candy)
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
- Knowledge of local construction contracts and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RQS) preferred
