You will manage the full project cost lifecycle, from initial estimates and tender preparation to final account settlement. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-outs and construction projects.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and verify actual costs against estimates.
- Handle contract administration, including managing variations, claims, and interim payments.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and project accounts.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian construction regulations and company financial policies.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical and financial queries efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying Technology.
- [For Senior] Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the interior design or construction sector.
- [For Junior] 0-2 years of relevant experience or a recent graduate with relevant internship exposure.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian tender processes, building codes, and contract laws.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
