- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) for construction projects
- Develop comprehensive project budgets and cost estimation models
- Analyze cost data and prepare variance reports for stakeholders
- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets
- Assist in contractor bid evaluation and contract negotiations
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize costs
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with contractual financial obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Proficiency in BQ preparation and cost estimation software
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction contracts and industry standards
- Experience with retail or commercial building projects preferred
- Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS) is advantageous
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
