Join our dynamic civil engineering and construction company in Singapore as a Quantity Surveyor specializing in Land Transport Authority (LTA) and tunnel construction projects. This is a full-time opportunity working on some of Singapore's most critical infrastructure developments.
We offer a competitive salary package of $3,800 - $4,500 per month, with a 5.5-day work week. Our company is at the forefront of Singapore's construction industry, with projects located in key areas including Fairways Drive, Changi, and Pasir Panjang.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing costs, preparing tender documents, and ensuring projects are completed within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for LTA and tunnel construction projects
- Manage and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare tender documents, contract documents, and bills of quantities
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure cost-effective construction methods
- Review and approve contractor payments and variations
- Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts for project stakeholders
- Advise on contractual claims and disputes related to project costs
- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with LTA projects
- Experience in tunnel construction projects is highly desirable
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and construction management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with Singaporean construction contracts and regulations
- Professional certification (e.g., RQS, MRICS) is an advantage
