Accesstech Engineering is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor with a focus on Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems to join our growing team in Woodlands, North Region. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial management of M&E projects, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget while maintaining high standards of quality. You will act as the primary point of contact for cost control, preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and managing subcontractor claims. Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating smooth communication between clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for M&E works, including detailed cost analysis.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify quantities for interim payments.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including pricing of M&E specifications.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Handle contract variations, claims, and disputes to minimize financial risk.
- Prepare monthly valuation reports and process payment applications.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s construction regulations and BCA guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in M&E Quantity Surveying.
- Familiarity with local construction codes and standard tendering procedures in Singapore.
- Proficient in using QS software (e.g., Bluebeam, Excel) and project management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
