Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for M&E components of data center projects
- Manage financial aspects of contracts, including variations, claims, and final accounts
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and validate cost information
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and recommend contractors for M&E works
- Provide cost advice and value engineering solutions to optimize project outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation
- Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQS) is highly desirable
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying
- Proven experience working on data center or large-scale commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC, and Singapore Standard Forms
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
