Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage bills of quantities for mechanical and electrical (M&E) works
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare comprehensive tender documents
- Advise on contractual claims, disputes, and variations
- Monitor project costs and prepare detailed monthly financial reports
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met
- Evaluate and recommend cost-effective materials and construction methods
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and industry-standard tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction contracts and industry standards
- Professional certification in quantity surveying is highly preferred
- Experience working with MNCs is advantageous
