- Prepare and manage M&E bills of quantities for data center construction projects
- Conduct cost estimation and value engineering analysis for mechanical/electrical systems
- Monitor project expenditures against budget and prepare financial reports
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients for contract administration
- Analyze technical drawings and specifications for cost implications
- Manage tender documentation and negotiation processes
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of M&E quantity surveying experience
- Proven exposure to data center or critical facility projects
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQS) preferred
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and FIDIC terms
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
