Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit accurate project tenders, quotations, and cost estimates for M&E works.
- Manage pre-contract and post-contract cost control, including progress claims and final account settlement.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and negotiate contract terms.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis based on architectural and M&E drawings.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.
- Prepare variation orders and manage contractual correspondence with clients and consultants.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical support regarding project costs and procurement strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically within M&E construction projects.
- Strong understanding of tender processes, procurement, and construction contract law.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and high accuracy in calculations.
- Ability to commit to the required site-based work schedule including alternating half-day Saturdays.
