Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in Main Contractor or Subcontractor projects? StaffKing Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers an attractive salary package up to $4,000 per month, located in the North/East region of Singapore with a 5-day work week.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for all aspects of cost management from initial cost planning to final account. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and cost targets. Your role will involve preparing accurate cost estimates, tenders, and budgets; monitoring project costs; processing progress claims and variation orders; and managing subcontractor accounts.
You will also be required to conduct site measurements, assess quantity and quality of work done, and prepare monthly cost reports. Strong negotiation skills are essential as you will be involved in contract negotiations and dispute resolutions.
To excel in this role, you should have a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Singapore's construction industry. You should be proficient in measurement software such as CostX, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.

- Prepare and review cost estimates, tender documents, and budgets

Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Main/Subcontractor environment
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (SIA, PSSCOC, etc.)
- Proficient in measurement software: CostX, AutoCAD, MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
