Tanggung Jawab
- Lead quantity surveying operations for commercial and residential fit-out projects
- Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting throughout project lifecycles
- Oversee tender preparation, contract analysis, and subcontractor negotiations
- Conduct site progress valuations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Implement value engineering strategies to optimize project costs
- Manage QS team performance and professional development
- Liaise with international clients, architects, and regulatory bodies
- Maintain accurate cost records and prepare final account settlements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of QS experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- RICS or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in fit-out projects with international exposure
- Expertise in FIDIC, JCT, and local Malaysian construction contracts
- Advanced proficiency in QS software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and BIM tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical drawings
- Fluency in English with Bahasa Malaysia proficiency
