Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all financial aspects of the project lifecycle, including cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Conduct regular site visits to measure work completed and verify quantities against approved bills of quantities.
- Prepare and issue interim payments, variations, and claims documentation to clients and subcontractors.
- Monitor project cash flow and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve contractual and financial issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all project costs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical, Piping, and E&I construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including FIDIC and standard Malaysian construction forms.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with QS software (e.g., Primavera P6, Bluebeam).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid Engineer/Architect board license or relevant professional qualification (e.g., MRSM, QSM) is an advantage.
