Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates for MEP systems
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting throughout project lifecycle
- Conduct risk assessments and value engineering analysis for mechanical/electrical components
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve contractual discrepancies
- Prepare monthly valuations, final accounts, and payment certificates
- Ensure compliance with sustainable construction practices and cost optimization
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Quantity Surveyor with MEP specialization
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, Candy)
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and Indonesian construction regulations
- Certification in sustainable construction practices (e.g., Green Mark EDGE) preferred
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to financial details
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder communication abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
