Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and take-offs for various metal work projects.
- Manage project tenders, including compiling bid packages and evaluating sub-contractor quotations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work completion for progress claims.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and handle payment certification.
- Analyze and mitigate project financial risks by identifying variations early in the process.
- Manage contractual documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to optimize material usage and reduce wastage.
- Finalize project accounts and resolve any financial discrepancies with stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within the metal or structural steel sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legal requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for cost modeling and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural blueprints.
- Independent worker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of standard industry software for measurement and project tracking is a plus.
