Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project costs, budgets, and financial reporting for MRT infrastructure components
- Prepare tender documents, analyze bids, and recommend contract awards
- Conduct valuations, prepare interim payment certificates, and manage variations
- Perform risk assessments and implement cost control measures throughout project lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to optimize value engineering
- Maintain accurate records of all contractual documentation and correspondence
- Prepare final accounts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale construction projects
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, PMP) highly preferred
- Proven expertise in MRT or rail infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and Singaporean construction regulations
- Advanced proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
