Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for office renovation projects.
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure costs remain within allocated limits.
- Conduct site measurements and value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
- Negotiate rates and terms with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and financial statements for management review.
- Assist in the contract administration process, including variation orders and claims management.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, specifically within the office renovation or interior design sector.
- Familiarity with local construction standards, codes, and regulations in Singapore.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QS software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a professional work ethic.
- Singaporean Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Pass holder.
