Tanggung Jawab
- Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for interior design projects
- Prepare tender documents, analyze contractor bids, and recommend award decisions
- Monitor project expenditures against budget and provide regular financial reports
- Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and payment certifications
- Conduct value engineering analyses to optimize material and labor costs
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual issues
- Prepare interim and final accounts for project completion
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in quantity surveying for interior design projects
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of FIDIC or Malaysian standard building contracts
- Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS, MQS) preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
