Effective Cooling Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Project Estimator to join our high-flying team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the financial planning and management of our diverse portfolio of projects. We are looking for an individual who excels in cost control, contract administration, and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget without compromising quality. As part of our dynamic environment, you will collaborate closely with project managers and engineering teams to provide accurate financial forecasting and risk assessment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive cost estimates, tenders, and final accounts for construction projects.
- Monitor project expenditure and ensure strict adherence to the approved budget and financial targets.
- Conduct site measurements, value engineering, and prepare variation orders where necessary.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Manage contract administration, including processing interim payments and managing claims.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying Technology.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficient in using Quantity Surveying software (e.g., WinEst, Bluebeam) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Possession of a valid professional qualification (e.g., MRSM) is highly preferred.
