Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Conduct cost analysis and risk assessment throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting to ensure cost control
- Provide expert advice on construction costs and contract management
- Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to optimize project costs
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS, MQS) is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legal frameworks
- Proficient in cost estimation software and construction management tools
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with local construction practices and regulations in Malaysia
