We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Setia Indah, Johor. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing project costing, contracts, and procurement for pipeline works, ensuring accurate budget monitoring and reporting throughout project execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project costing, contracts, and procurement for pipeline works
- Ensure accurate budget monitoring and reporting throughout project execution
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and advise on contractual matters
- Prepare cost estimates and budget forecasts for construction projects
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential cost savings
- Monitor project progress and financial performance
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for management review
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective project delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in construction cost estimation and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Familiarity with pipeline construction projects and associated cost factors
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
